With extensive leadership experience at Recordati Rare Diseases, Pfizer, and MSD, Nicole now serves as Managing Director of MSD Austria. In this role, she leads strategic operations and drives innovation across oncology, vaccines, rare diseases, and hospital & specialty care. As a newly appointed member of the HeartBeat.bio Supervisory Board, Nicole contributes deep industry expertise and strategic insight to advance the company’s mission of transforming heart failure drug discovery with scalable, human-centric organoid technologies.
